How expensive is this conversion?
I have been hearing about a conversion that allows you to use water to improve the fuel efficiency of your car. I think that it involves making a car fuel cell that converts water to energy and lets you use less gas. Can anyone tell me where I can find out more about this? I am trying to find out how expensive this conversion is to make, and what exactly is involved. I want to see whether or not this would save me money in the long run. I would bet that it probably would as long as the conversion would work with my car.
