My most effective weight loss program

Recently I decided to have a mid-year resolution. I was tired of carrying the extra 20 pounds and I wanted to find an effective weight loss program that would help me get through this and get me into shape. My clothes did not fit me well anymore and I was unhappy with how much weight that I had gained. It was important to me that the weight loss plan also offered an exercise routine because I wanted to lose weight and to tone up. This was going to be not only a weight loss effort but a new way of life.
