Neck pain can make you feel miserable all the time.

It is tough when you suffer from aches and pain throughout the body, but in my experience there are two places that if you have pain you seem to suffer the most. For me it is foot pain and neck pain, especially neck pain. Neck pain can be caused by many different things, poor posture, lifting something wrong, sleeping wrong, or even having a car accident. No matter why your neck hurts, until the pain is relieved it can make your whole body feel miserable. There are some exercises that can be done to alleviate the pain and even prevent future pain and this is something that I take part in every day.
