Stress: What is it?

Stress is the condition where the environmental, social and personal pressure on the individual lead to the disruption of the person’s biological or social systems. Stress makes a person tired and incapable of performing his tasks efficiently. It is the condition, which can disturb and disrupt the normal health of a person.

Stress demands the body and mind cope with the changes that are rapid or incessant. Today, a number of people are suffering from stress. The changing situations are making the individuals stay under pressure all the time. This pressure can be due to workload, studies, and problems at workplace or other personal problems.
