Personal Growth
We all want to grow and learn and be wiser. We all want to be happier. We all want more peace and satisfaction in our lives. This is normal and natural. One way to get there is through a program of continuing, ongoing personal growth. This can be as simple as fifteen minutes every other day reading a new book or listeing to a tape or watching an educational show. There are so many free courses now available on tv and the internet that can help us to grow. All you need to do is to give yourself 15 minutes a day to learn and grow.
