Teanacatita is a small village that not many people now about so far except for the locals that flock to the beautiful beaches for some snorkeling and fishing. Property in Tenacatita are new on the market, so there is some minor developments going on but there is not much yet. The area is mostly land, just waiting for a luxurious condo or beach front homes. There is 3 beaches in the village 2 being great for some surf fishing and another small one that is the place to be for snorkeling
