Teanacatita is a small village that not many people now about so far except for the locals that flock to the beautiful beaches for some snorkeling and fishing. Real Estate in Tenacatita is a new market, so there is some minor developments going on but there is not much yet. The area is mostly land, just waiting for a luxurious condo or beach front homes. There is 3 beaches in the village 2 being great for some surf fishing and another small one that is the place to be for snorkeling
