Bodybuilding for Beginners Guidelines
The most important thing for beginning bodybuilders to remember is that it is best to start off slow. Do not over do it on your first workout; this can lead to serious injury. When starting a bodybuilding routine for beginners (German: Bodybuilding für Anfänger), it is best to work out three times a week for the first month. This will slowly get your body used to going to the gym and increasing your heart rate. Also, never heavily exercise your legs and arms on the same day. Take turns exercising these body parts. If you do not let your muscles rest between workout sessions, you will have serious medical problems. Also, always make sure to drink plenty of water when you are bodybuilding. It is easy to overlook the symptoms of dehydration. Typically, a glass of water every 20 minutes will keep you hydrated.
