Olympics
Have you heard all the controversy surrounding the olympics this year? It has everyone quite heated to either protect it, stop it or wish the olympics would go on without making it a political debate. Recently I heard of the fencer who was running with the torch and was attacked by some of the rioters. I wondered if at anytime during the fencer’s training if the thought of being attacked while running with the torch ever came across their mind? If all the fencing gear in the world would have helped prepare this person for a fight in which the world would be watching.
